This article explains how to manage personal settings in Spotler Connect. The page covers the options available in the Profile settings section, how to update the Privacy settings, and how to configure Alerts.

Profile settings
The Profile settings govern a user's personal profile on Spotler Connect, such as the name and e-mail address associated with the account. Additionally, the platform language settings can be switched between Dutch and English, and the Gravatar profile picture displayed next to the name in the top bar of the dashboard can be enabled or disabled.
Privacy
Under the Privacy section, the password can be changed. Clicking the New Password option initiates a password reset process through the email associated with the account.
Alerts
The Alerts section allows for the fine-tuning of the notifications received from Connect. All alerts are enabled by default, meaning a notification is sent whenever a data object, such as an order or contact, cannot be synchronised. It is recommended that alerts are kept enabled.
Alternatively, alerts can be disabled, and data rules can be set up to notify by email if a particular situation occurs. Lastly, the email address associated with the alerts can be changed. This change does not affect the login email address but allows Connect alerts to be sent to a different email address.
