This article explains how order and checkout statuses in WooCommerce are mapped within Spotler Connect.
On this page you have the following options:
Order and Checkout statuses
WooCommerce uses various statuses to track orders and checkouts. In order to process data correctly, Spotler connect maps these statuses to corresponding Connect statuses.
Order statuses WooCommerce
The table below outlines how WooCommerce order statuses are mapped to Connect statuses:
| WooCommerce status | Spotler Connect status |
|---|---|
Pending payment |

Please note
WooCommerce allows users to create custom order statuses. These statuses are not mapped. Please make sure to make a custom data rule mapping each custom order status in WooCommerce to a Spotler Connect status, to prevent import errors.
Checkout statuses WooCommerce
Since WooCommerce checkouts are generated by the Spotler Connect plugin, the mapping for these statuses is very straightforward.
| WooCommerce Status | Spotler Connect Status |
|---|---|
Pending |
Pending |
Abandoned |

Completed |
Completed |
* After a predetermined time interval (default 30 min, adjustable in your integration settings for WooCommerce), any checkout without a related order from WooCommerce is marked as Abandoned.
