You will find the product details when you click on a product in the product overview. This detail view contains all the data Connect has on a product.
This page contains the following options:

Product information
The product information panel contains the basic information about the product, such as the price, product images, and stock level. It also displays whether a product is digital or physical, which impacts product handling in an order.
Product connectors
The product connector panel shows which connectors import and/or export this product. The IDs of this product are displayed per connector, as SKUs for one product can differ between platforms. Product connectors can also be removed via this overview, if necessary, by clicking the dot menu on the right side of a connector.
Please note: if a product has only one product connector, this connector cannot be removed.
Timeline
The timeline shows every change made to this product since its creation. It includes changes to data, stocks, rule applications, activity registrations, Connect comments, and updates from external connectors. Clicking on a timeline entry expands it to display detailed changes made to the data.
Deeplinks and information
This section contains deep links to the product on different platforms. When a deep link is not available, plain text is displayed. Furthermore, this section shows the product descriptions, the source of updates, and any product specifications such as weight, length, categories, and tags.
The source of updates can be changed through this panel by clicking on the dot menu to the right of this column.
Related orders
If a product has been sold, the order will be deeplinked under related orders.
List view
The list view presents all product data in a table format. In addition to the information mentioned above, this view provides several extra features useful for technical operations or troubleshooting:
- IDs: The product ID and any external connector IDs are displayed.
- Meta field: Any metadata associated with the product is listed. This data can be used in rule building for advanced operations on products. Metadata may originate from the source connector or be added as a result of a rule performed in Connect.
- Original data: A copy of the original raw product data in JSON format is provided, which is very useful for troubleshooting.
Manual retrieval and deletion
It is possible to retrieve a product manually. This feature is useful when product data has been altered in its source of updates and an immediate update in Connect is required. Additionally, by clicking the dot menu to the right of the retrieval button, a product can also be deleted.
