This page explains the presets available in Spotler Connect and the order in which they need to be connected. You can find the presets in the onboarding section of Spotler Connect.
This preset is geared toward e-commerce vendors implementing a sales channel with e-fulfilment. You should select it when you add a sales channel (such as a webshop) to your Connect setup.
It’s essential also to have e-fulfilment through a Connect connector for this preset to work correctly.

This preset is geared towards e-commerce vendors focusing on obtaining orders and contact data from a sales channel. You should select this preset when you want to add a sales channel, but sales operations and e-fulfilment have already been set up (or are intended to be set up) through different systems or different connectors in Connect.

This preset is available for e-fulfilment systems only. It allows the e-fulfilment system to be the only source of stock updates, ensuring stock levels in other connectors are always up to date with levels the physical e-fulfilment system indicates.

This preset is available for marketplaces only. It creates the necessary data streams to import orders, contact data, and products to Connect while exporting shipment information and stock levels from Connect to the marketplace.

This preset is available only for marketing automation software. This preset is limited to data only relevant for marketing automation: products, orders, contacts, and checkout. This data is exported to the marketing automation platform. Changes to contact data are also imported into Connect to be processed by other connectors.

This preset is available only for systems that import analytics to Connect, such as MailPro.

Select the Analytics preset if you want to utilise Analytics only. If you also want to use operational capabilities such as contact data syncs or list import, select other available presets such as 'Marketing Automation'.

Order of connectors
When setting up your account and creating your connectors, please keep to the following order:
- E-Fulfilment system (if applicable)
- Marketing automation
- Primary sales channel
- Marketplace(s)
- CRM
- Activities/Analytics
It’s essential to connect an e-fulfilment system first. This system will become the default source of stock levels and product details. If no e-fulfilment system is necessary in the intended setup, you can proceed with Marketing automation Connectors.
If e-fulfilment is added later in this setup, please contact Connect Support to assist you in adjusting the stock and product settings.
