Connectors Dashboard

This article explains the Spotler Connect Dashboard. The page is designed to help users quickly understand and navigate the features available in Spotler Connect.

On this page you have the following options:

First Login

When logging in for the first time, the dashboard is empty except for an onboard button to add your first connector. This initial state allows users to begin their integration process. You can already use the global search in the top bar, however there will be no results to display.

Dashboard

This is the Spotler Connect dashboard. The dashboard starts populating when a connector is onboarded, giving you an overview of connectors and performance metrics. From here on, you can use the search bar to quickly navigate to orders, contacts, checkouts and any other data imported.

The sidebar gives access to overviews for orders, checkouts, products, contacts, contact lists, and organisations.  Which pages are displayed depends on the capabilities of the connectors you have activated. You can also navigate the data rule overview, notifications, integration health and settings.

Revenue graphs

At the top of your dashboard, three graphs display revenue, average product value, and the number of orders over the past 30 days. The percentages in each graph indicate whether the metrics are trending up or down compared to the previous 30-day period.

Connectors

Below the revenue graphs, shortcuts to activated connectors are available, along with an onboard button to add a new connector. Each activated connector displays an icon indicating its connection status, which can be:

  • Operational – The connector is functional.
  • Rate limited – The connector has limitations in data requests from the source platform due to reasons such as plan limits or downtime. This often resolves itself within 24 hours.
  • Initialising – The connector is in the process of being created.
  • Disabled – The connector is not operational and is disabled. This can be changed in the connector’s settings.

Order graph

At the bottom of the dashboard, an overview of processed orders is available. Two lines on the graph represent the current 30-day period and the previous 30-day period. Hovering over a date reveals the exact order numbers.
