You can find the details of an order when you click on an order in the order overview. This detailed view contains all relevant information and channels related to an order in Connect.
This page contains the following options:
Order information
The detail view displays comprehensive order information when an order is selected in the order overview. In the Order information section, the products overview lists all products included. It displays:
- Products (deeplinked) – allowing direct navigation to product details
- Barcode and the digital/physical status of each product
- Product price, amount, and discounted price when applicable
Products in this overview are deeplinked, so clicking on them navigates directly to the respective product details.
Receipt
The Receipt section displays the payment and shipping methods used for the order. It shows the subtotal, any discounts and discount codes, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
Timeline
The Timeline presents all activities related to the order. This includes the creation and subsequent updates performed by connectors in external platforms, rule applications, and order status changes. Clicking on an activity reveals detailed information about that particular change.
Related channels and information
If the order is created on an external platform via a Connect connector, the Related Channels section will display this information on the right side of the screen. When available, the provided link is a deeplink. This section also includes shipment and billing addresses, along with any notes associated with the order.
Shipments
The Shipments section is visible if the order has been shipped through an external connector (for example, e-fulfilment). It imports tracking information into Connect. A Retrieve shipment button is available to manually trigger the import of any updated shipment information immediately.
If an order is shipped in multiple shipments, you will only find the first shipment here. Any additional tracking codes are included in the list view (see below).
List view
The List view displays all order data in a table format. In addition to the details mentioned above, this view offers extra features for technical operations and troubleshooting:
- IDs: Displays the order ID and any external connector IDs.
- Meta field: Lists metadata associated with the order, useful for advanced rule building.
- Original data: Provides a copy of the original raw order data in JSON format for troubleshooting purposes.
Manual retrieval
The Manual retrieval option allows for the manual retrieval and updating of an order. This feature is particularly useful when order data has been altered and an immediate update in Connect is required.
