When you click on a contact in the contact overview, you will open the contact detail view. This page contains all information related to that contact in Connect.

Products and total spend
This overview displays any products bought by a contact, together with the total spend by that contact. It shows an aggregate of all orders traced back to the contact.
Timeline
The timeline presents all activities related to the contact. It includes the creation and subsequent updates performed by connectors in external platforms, rule applications, and contact status changes. Clicking on an activity reveals detailed information about that particular change.
Information
This section displays the connectors through which the contact is synchronised and any additional information about the contact, including the contact's opt-in status and address details.
Personal email providers
For some contacts, the company name may appear as ‘Personal email provider’ or ‘Connect Email Blacklist’. Because Connect automatically distils companies from contact email addresses based on unique top-level domains, this congregate company collects all email addresses from personal email providers or automated reply emails such as hotmail.com, hotmail.de, ziggo.nl, gmail.com, gmail.co.uk, amazon.com etc.
Related data
If a contact can be traced back to any order, checkout or contact list that is synchronised through Connect, a deeplink is provided in this section to access that related data.
List view
The List view displays all contact data in a table format. In addition to the basic details, this view offers extra features for technical operations and troubleshooting:
- IDs: Displays the contact ID and any external connector IDs.
- Meta field: Lists metadata associated with the contact, useful for advanced rule building.
- Original data: Provides a copy of the original raw contact data in JSON format for troubleshooting.
Manual retrieval
The Manual retrieval option allows for the manual retrieval and updating of a contact. This feature is particularly useful when a contact has been altered, and an immediate update in Connect is required.
