The Spotler Mail+ Connector is focussed on providing Mail+ with all relevant contact and order data to send campaigns. It has a seamless integration with several default campaigns.

Spotler Connect
Spotler Connect allows you to synchronise and transform data such as contacts, orders, or activities between external systems, even if no direct integration is available between them. Connect gathers your data, saves it in your account environment, and changes the format before exporting it to other systems if necessary. By doing this continuously for all connectors in your account, the software can maintain a complete overview of your data in different systems and keep it in sync.
In Connect, you can add account-wide or integration-specific rules to modify data based on conditions, block import or export, or add actions when a condition is met. These rules allow you to customise data being handled in a way that works for external systems—for example, when you want to synchronise mailing opt-ins, activities, or orders.

By default, any order in Connect with the status Completed is exported in real-time to Mail+.
Connect exports all master products to Mail+, both draft and active products. This export occurs in real-time, ensuring that any change in a product's source of update (often a sales platform) is reflected in Mail+. Product changes in Mail+ are not imported back into Spotler Connect.
By default, any checkout with the status Abandoned is imported into Mail+. This happens in real-time when an abandoned checkout is imported into Connect, or as soon as Connect software determines a pending checkout is abandoned.
Contacts are exported from Connect to Mail+ in real-time. Any contact changes or creations in Mail+ are also imported back into Connect, ensuring synchronicity across all platforms.
Contact lists that are imported in Connect are also exported to Mail+. Any changes to the contact list (inclusion or exclusion of contacts) are processed in real-time.
Activities are imported from Mail+ to Connect. Mail+ can generate the following activities:
- Email was sent
- Email was bounced
- Email was opened
- Email link was clicked
- Form was submitted
These activities will be extracted from Contacts in Mail+, and imported into Connect. Connect can move these activities along through other connectors for further processing and analysis, such as Spotler Activate or Spotler CRM.
Campaigns
Several Mail+ default campaigns have been seamlessly integrated into the connector. The following campaigns are supported by default:
- Abandoned cart
- Welcome
- Birthday
- Product Review
- Win Back
For each of these campaigns, with the exception of Birthday and Win Back, it’s possible to select automations in Connect that run when this campaign is triggered. The Birthday and Win Back campaign are fully configurable in Mail+ itself.
