The Tribe CRM connector imports and exports contact and organisation data between Tribe CRM and Spotler Connect. It’s a CRM-type connector, which focuses solely on organisation and contact data and, by default, does not involve E-commerce or marketing data.

Spotler Connect
Spotler Connect allows you to synchronise and transform data such as contacts, orders, or activities between external systems, even if no direct integration is available between them. Connect gathers your data, saves it in your account environment, and changes the format before exporting it to other systems if necessary. By doing this continuously for all connectors in your account, the software can maintain a complete overview of your data in different systems and keep it in sync.
In Connect, you can add account-wide or integration-specific rules to modify data based on conditions, block import or export, or add actions when a condition is met. These rules allow you to customise data being handled in a way that works for external systems—for example, when you want to synchronise mailing opt-ins, activities, or orders.

Contacts are imported from Tribe CRM into Spotler Connect. Any changes made to the contact on external platforms connected through Spotler Connect are exported back to Tribe. If a contact doesn’t exist in Tribe yet, it will be created through the connector.
It is possible to fine-tune the synchronisation of contacts based on Contact Type in Tribe. While onboarding the connector, you can select whether you want to filter and, if so, on which Contact Type(s).
Organisations are imported from Tribe CRM into Connect. Any changes made to these organisations in external platforms connected to Spotler Connect will be exported back to Tribe. New organisations that do not exist in Tribe yet will be created through the connector.
