Klaviyo is a Customer Data Platform-type connector that can be connected with Spotler Connect to synchronise contact data across systems. This integration ensures that contacts and contact lists are kept up to date, and that activities can be exported to Klaviyo in near real-time.

Spotler Connect
Spotler Connect allows you to synchronise and transform data such as contacts, orders, or activities between external systems, even if no direct integration is available between them. Connect gathers your data, saves it in your account environment, and changes the format before exporting it to other systems if necessary. By doing this continuously for all connectors in your account, the software can maintain a complete overview of your data in different systems and keep it in sync.
In Connect, you can add account-wide or integration-specific rules to modify data based on conditions, block import or export, or add actions when a condition is met. These rules allow you to customise data being handled in a way that works for external systems—for example, when you want to synchronise mailing opt-ins, activities, or orders.

Klaviyo contacts are imported into Spotler Connect, and existing Klaviyo contacts are updated based on changes coming through other connectors. This process is executed near real-time. As soon as a contact is created in Klaviyo, a contact profile is made in Connect.
When other connectors create or update contact lists in Connect, these contact lists in Connect are exported to Klaviyo. Contact lists are not imported from Klaviyo to Connect.
Activities are exported to Klaviyo as they become available in Connect. This occurs near real-time. Note that activities recorded in Klaviyo are not imported into Connect.
Currently, the following activities are supported for export to Klaviyo:
- Automation was triggered
- Was added to list
- Was removed from list
You will also see activity regarding Subscribe, Unsubscribe, Was added to list and Was removed from list as exported activities from Klaviyo. These contact-related "activities" are created through contact data change instead of through activity data. Therefore, these appear as exported activities from Klaviyo in your Connect dashboard, but please note that currently, there is no data stream accommodating the import of actual activities from Klaviyo into Connect.
