This guide explains how to set up and use the Leadinfo–Spotler CRM integration, what data is synced, and how to work with the identified companies in practice.
- Step 1: Make sure you have access to all required tools
- Step 2: Understand the data flow between Leadinfo and Spotler CRM
- Step 3: Set up automatic syncing companies
- Step 4: Filtering accounts
- Step 5: Track Web behaviour
- Step 6: Lead scoring & workflow automations
- Step 7: Create lists and send personalised campaigns
- Step 8: Know when to use which tool
Step 1: Make sure you have access to all required tools
To get started, you need active accounts for:
- Leadinfo
- Spotler Connect
- Spotler CRM
- Spotler Mail+ (optional for sending mailings)
Setup Requirements
Without access to all three, the integration will not work correctly. Also the Leadinfo tracker needs to be active when setting up the connector.
Step 2: Understand the data flow between Leadinfo and Spotler CRM
Leadinfo identifies companies visiting your website and sends this data one-way to Spotler CRM.
Data does not flow back from Spotler CRM to Leadinfo.
In short:
- Leadinfo → identifies which company visited your website
- Spotler CRM → is the central database where you do multichannel scoring, set-up follow-up and nurturing workflows and assign ownership.
This distinction is important when deciding where to configure scoring, tagging, and automations.
Step 3: Set up automatic syncing companies
To automatically sync identified companies to Spotler CRM, you must configure a Trigger in Leadinfo.
- During onboarding, Professional Services usually creates a default trigger that syncs all identified companies.
- You can edit this trigger to apply filters (for example: location or pages visited).
How to do this:
- Log in to Leadinfo
- Open Triggers via the top navigation
- Create or edit a trigger that sends companies to Spotler

(Optional) Sync companies manually
If you don’t want to rely on automations, you can also send companies manually from Leadinfo to Spotler Connect or Spotler CRM.
Manual syncing is useful if you want full control over which companies are sent.

Step 4: Filtering accounts
In Spotler CRM, go to Accounts and set your grid columns to show Source, Full Address, Revenue, Industries, Created Day. These are fields filled in by Leadinfo. If you don’t have them in your view, add them as a column.
In Leadinfo you filter by source to show all accounts (companies) that were first identified by Leadinfo and added to Spotler CRM. If Leadinfo has this information available in their database, then the company’s address, phone number, web domain, short description of what the company does will be added to the company’s record in Spotler CRM, as well.
Leadinfo enriches existing companies in Spotler CRM
If a company is identified by Leadinfo and it already exists in Spotler CRM, but is missing details in fields such as address, phone number, description, etc., these missing details will be added to Spotler CRM.
Step 5: Track Web behaviour
Go to the Digital Activity tab of an Account to show pages viewed by a company. We added the ‘Origin Application’ parameter to digital activities to identify which page view was tracked by Leads or Leadinfo.
How to view URL parameters?
You have to set up URL parameters in Leadinfo.

What happens to page view tracking when switching from Spotler Leads to Leadinfo?
If you’re using Spotler Leads and Leadinfo at the same time, there’s no double tracking between the two tools. When a page view is already registered by Spotler Leads, it won’t be recorded again by Leadinfo in Spotler CRM.
Leadinfo tracks page views at the account (company) level only. Spotler Leads, on the other hand, tracks page views not only at account level, but also at the level of existing contacts.
Step 6: Lead scoring & workflow automations
Lead scoring in Spotler CRM works with a point-based system and can include:
- Page views (from Leadinfo)
- Email opens and clicks
- Form fills
- Event registrations
You can then:
- Automatically assign accounts to team members
- Trigger follow-up actions or tasks
Important differences to keep in mind:
- Scoring and tagging configured in Leadinfo are not synced to Spotler CRM
- Spotler CRM scoring is more granular and works across multiple data sources
Lead scoring page views
Spotler CRM accounts come with two templated scoring automations, one for website visitors and one for email activity. Template - Website Visitor Lead Scoring is the most important one, as this is where page visits are scored.
It’s good to know that certain high-intent pages are already assigned default scores. For example, visits to pages such as Contact Us, Services, or Products are automatically scored with 5, 10, or 50 points, depending on their relevance.
If you would like to score additional pages or adjust the number of points assigned, you can easily do so by editing this automation. The template is fully customizable to match your specific sales process and priorities. This template is based on the most common B2B use cases and requests.

If there are multiple trackers (eg: Leads & Leadinfo), then you can use the ‘Origin Application’ property of a digital activity to filter which page view gets points. Edit criteria lets you filter by tracker, not only page viewed.
Workflow automation: assign new account to specific member
This automation ensures that every newly created account is automatically assigned to a designated team member, enabling clear ownership and efficient follow-up. If you set-up this workflow in CRM you have more options to filter on for assigning accounts.
Triggers Leadinfo
Within Leadinfo, you can also use triggers to automate your workflow. For example, you can automatically assign tags to interesting companies, push them directly to your CRM, or send notification emails to your colleagues.
