The general settings govern system-wide anonymisation protocols. Spotler Connect automatically pseudo-anonymizes orders, checkouts, contacts, and organisations to ensure they are GDPR-compliant. You can change when anonymisation occurs, with options ranging from 14 days to 2 years.
