Organisations detail view

When you click on an organisation in the organisation overview, you will be redirected to the organisation detail view. This page contains all information related to that organisation in Connect.

Linked contacts

This overview shows any linked contacts to this organisation, their status, and opt-in status. Clicking on a contact brings you to the contact detail view.

Timeline

The timeline shows all activities related to the organisation. This includes the creation of the organisation, the addition and removal of contacts, any changes to opt-in statuses related to the linked contacts, as well as activities attributed to contacts or the organisation as a whole. Clicking on an activity reveals detailed information about that particular change.

Information

This section displays the connectors through which the organisation and its contacts are synchronised and any additional information about the organisation. How much of this info is filled in depends on the system this organisation originated in.

List view

The List view displays all organisation data in a table format. In addition to the basic details, this view offers extra features for technical operations and troubleshooting:

  • IDs: Displays the organisation ID and any external connector IDs.
  • Meta field: Lists metadata associated with the organisation, useful for advanced rule building.
  • Original data: Provides a copy of the original raw organisation data in JSON format for troubleshooting.

Manual retrieval

The Manual retrieval option allows for the manual retrieval and updating of an organisation. This feature is particularly useful when an organisation has been altered, and an immediate update in Connect is required.
