Sometimes, you will need to manually (re-)import all contacts. For example, when you want to trigger the synchronisation for a stream so that the stream data is applied to a newly created rule.
Manually import all contacts
To manually sync all contacts in Connect, navigate to the Contact module and click the Import all contacts button on the top right of the main table.
This action opens a pop-up asking for additional info:
- Data type to import: this will always be set to Contact.
- Source connector: Select the platform you want to import the contacts from. Only the available connectors will be shown.
This way, your contacts are synced. So if you added a new rule, you can use this feature to have the rule applied for all existing stream data.
