A product source of updates determines which connector can import product data changes for a product. The source of updates governs data such as descriptions, images, titles and tags.
Changing the source of updates
You can change the source of updates in two ways:
1. Through bulk edit. In the product overview, select the products of which the Source of updates needs to be changed. Click the Bulk Edit button and select Change source of updates.
2. Through individual editing. Click on the product that needs to be changed to open the product detail page. Navigate to the Information panel on the right of the screen and find the current Source of updates. Click the dot menu on the right side, and select Change Source of updates. Select a new source, and click Change.
